USE OF EMAIL

It is important that the director, students, and parents/guardians all work together as a team to achieve our goals.

Modeling mature and calm communication is essential as we teach our students how to navigate the world we live in.

Always feel free to email me at school with any questions or concerns about your child or the choir program. If you want to talk with me, email is a great way to set up a phone appointment.

Assuming the best, working toward common ground
If something has triggered you or your student and you are frustrated or angry, cool off first and then send an email requesting to dialogue about your concern.

As a parent, myself, I firmly believe that dialogue can always bring about a reasonable solution. Assume the best in each other with the goal to find a solution that works for everyone. I also understand that when it is your son or daughter, that emotions can run high. Solutions are usually found when cooler heads prevail.

I am confident that this is going to be an epic year! I forward to working with all of you!
